American Judiciary Bows to Islam

The Judiciary is the highest secular Law Enforcing power office in America (Outside of the Military), with the U.S. Supreme Court as its pinnacle. The absolute worst case damage that a judiciary can do to its country is to capitulate to foreign powers and known enemies: foreign and domestic.

In a court ruling that will affect females (mostly young girls) across the country, the Chief Judge (Bernard A. Friedman) of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, has ruled that Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is not something for Congress to pass laws on, as this is “Unconstitutional”, so striking down a 22 year old law (Female Genital Mutilation Act in 1996) by backpedaling to a “hands-off” stance, by proclaiming this to be a State’s Rights issue.

FGM is a human right’s issue, and has been recognized as such by numerous governing bodies, the world over; and is currently banned in 27 U.S. States and over 30 Countries.

In passage of the 1996 Federal Law, Harry Reid (Former Senator from Nevada) said:

“There is no medical reason for this procedure. … It is used as a method to keep girls chaste and to ensure their virginity until marriage, and to ensure that after marriage they do not engage in extramarital sex.”

I add:

This is because this procedure greatly reduces a female’s sensitivity and ability to enjoy sex.

Reid also noted in 1994:

“I want everyone within the sound of my voice to understand that what I am going to talk about here today does not deal with religion and it does not deal with sex. It deals with violation of a person’s human rights. It deals with degradation of women and young girls. It deals with the most inhumane thing a person can imagine,”

Why bring up Harry Reid’s statements?

Because I know the Liberal machine in America is salivating (Flip-Flopping) over this case, but before even one of them pleads against laws against FGM because it violates Islam’s freedom of religion; and should be protected under the “Separation of Church and State”, they need to recognize they’re making it a “religious” issue, which the Left leadership and Islam want desperately, to avoid.

Where are the Feminists on this issue? Where are the Women’s Rights groups? Why do they not stand up against this barbarism being performed on their fellow “sisters”?

As always, the Left is strangely quiet when conflicts of their own interests are involved.

Though I have no doubt this case will go before the Supreme Court (Eventually), public precedent has been set.

Though itself only one tiny issue of everything problematic in America, Muslims the world over, are celebrating this victory over the (Kafir) infidels; and America once more, publicly demonstrates a hidden hand seeming to meld America into Islam’s Global Caliphate plans.

A personal note:

The time has come for this writer to admit what he has long said would occur; America has “publicly” capitulated to Islam, but you can be confident the Controllers and Puppet-Masters behind this orchestration are not Muslims at all.

Accepting Mid-Term results

The quiet civility of a Republican loss of the House demonstrates a strength; and weakness, within the collective “right”.

Had the Republicans maintained control of the House, I have no doubt that several people would have died, and our collective streets would wreak of protests, violence, personal and property damage, etc…

Notwithstanding our own “violent extremists” in the political “Right”, the majority of Republicans are extremely conservative in matters of the use of violence, to achieve our goals.

This is not exclusive to some Republican or Conservative named collection of people; nor is this an exclusively American phenomenon, as world history shows this to be one of mankind’s most oft-repeated cycles.

Imagine two great armies, meeting each other on a field of battle, on a raised platform of earth, 900 feet above the ground.

The average political right will allow those on the opposite side, to push us right up to the very edge of our complete demise; and that is one reason why history records thousands of cases where a generally politically peaceful people, get pushed too far, then retaliate with severe repercussions.

We’ll try, and try, and try, and try, to appease the whining minority, but they eventually reach a point of transitioning from being a people demanding special rights in the name of equal rights, to being in a majority position and pursuing revenge against their opponent.

Such “cycles” that exist and repeat through history, are some of the greatest tools mankind has for knowing what works, and what doesn’t.

The sheer lack of education learned from studying the absolute plethora of examples recorded in history, is why we often hear “those who don’t know/study the past, are doomed to repeat it”; and the most disheartening thing about this reality, is that they doom the rest of mankind, through their ignorance and lack of education on such an abundant library of information.

Again, this is another aspect of/in all that is R.A.F.O.N.

This continuous rise and fall of nations, is not something mankind can erase, but with an educated mindset of such things that do repeat so often, the masses could better themselves overall, if they’d simply heed the warning sings, before the parasites of time, arise once more, to eviscerate their host.

We’re not out in the streets rioting, looting, etc… but another viscous cycle has the pendulum of time, swinging towards a reckoning of those who mistake meekness, for weakness.

I’m not prophesying anything here; nor am I calling for a violent revolution of the collective right, against the collective left, but as a long time student of world history, the next “Cull” is coming, and it won’t be stopped.

Road to 2020

Like the Democrats, the Republicans now have 2 years to find and lock into a 2020 strategy.

The 2018 Mid-Term result for the “House” is not a referendum on Trump; 27 (as of this printing) flipped seats for the Democrats, is a net 6% change in the House make-up.

Though not a referendum on Trump, Republicans should be focused in on those 27 districts.

Republicans lost the House; while gaining in the Senate does bring some comfort, it should be a short-lived comfort, with a quick return to vigilance for 2020.

As one who does not trust our current voting processes, I still believe the Republican’s greatest enemy, is within.

Some call them Neo-Con, others call them RINO; and I even saw a newer term this election cycle: Transpublican.

The Republican party needs a concentrated effort to gut the party of all these traitors within its party.

The Republican party needs an entry-level; and on-going, vetting process.

The Republican party is consistently sending inconsistent messages to those of us who prefer most political things to the political right.

Though I know thousands of litmus tests that have been suggested over time, how about we begin with something simple?

Do you believe America should be a free, independent and sovereign nation?

A truthful answer to that simple question, eliminates most Liberals immediately.

Political ideology has become so convoluted, the average voter isn’t sure what either party actually stands for, with consistency.

If we go back just 6-8 years, we’d find the Democrat party leadership seemed to be every bit as dogmatic over illegal immigration, as the average Republican today, but that ideology saw a 180 degree turn, as soon as Obama unleashed his true intentions on the subject.

I saw him talk tough on illegal immigration; I watched him do it repeatedly, but I also remember an interview where Presidential candidate Obama, said there could be no conversation of a “WALL”, until the immigration system and process is fixed.

That’s about as nonsensical as refusing to fix a busted water main, until all the damage it caused, was repaired.

I don’t pretend to believe one can have a sensible conversation with the overwhelming majority of Liberal “followers”, and the average person certainly doesn’t have opportunities to sit down with Democrat leadership, and question their motives and movements.

Maxine Waters does not believe the same on every item as Nancy Pelosi does, or Dianne Feinstein, or Chuck Schumer, etc… but where the Democrat party finds its greatest strength, it also reveals its greatest weakness.

The average Liberal follower will relinquish their individual differences with each-other, for the overall greater good of keeping the Democrat party in power. They will ban together, over myriads of items and issues that have nothing to do with them individually.

Though often (not exclusively) noble in intent, this often plagues so many, to sacrificing their own individual morals, principles, ethics, convictions and/or even previously held opinions, beliefs and/or feelings. This is where the Democrat/Liberal suffer from their own messiah complex.

While acknowledging that the average politician is an opportunist; who will support or fight against whatever is the most politically expedient for them at the time, I stand in awe at the levels of immorality, dishonesty and hypocrisy, among the average Democrat/Liberal followers.

Even in the previous paragraph, the average Democrat/Liberal, wants to immediately argue something not in the paragraph itself: “Oh, so you’re saying no Republicans are ever immoral, dishonest or hypocritical” or you’ll be beaten to death with countless examples of Republicans who were/are immoral, dishonest and/or hypocritical.

All in an effort, to prevent the actual conversation you were trying to have.

Liberal followers survive on what I refer to as D.E.A.D. arguments: They Distract, they Evade, they Avoid and they Deflect. Most of them simply are not educated on certain specific events, details, etc… so their self-defense mode kicks in, and they revert back to their previous programmed methods of Distracting, Evading, Avoiding and Deflecting.

I started the hashtag #Walkaway2 for an extremely specific reason: though the problem existed long before man had electricity and this thing we call the internet, non-liberals suffer tremendously with their own messiah complex; we need to “save” these people from the “ignorance” they suffer with, so as to minimize their numbers, efforts, destructive ways and resultant problems created.

Through my own internet experience with social media outlets, oppositional conversations between supporters of each political “side”, waste amazing amounts of time, arguing things and positions, they’re never going to see eye-to-eye on.

We’re spending entirely too much time, on efforts that are nearly always pointless, except for wasting our time, and working ourselves into countless frenzies.

Somewhat like Brandon Straka’s #Walkaway, #Walkaway2 is about distancing yourselves from destructive elements that work to keep us tied up in knots, rather than focusing on problems and solutions.

I’m sure I could write a 30 book series on “Plantation Politic’s” history of “Divide & Conquer”; and how this policy and system has been mastered by religion and secular government, for thousands of years.

Republican candidates and politicians now have 2 years to find and seal the “leaks” in Congress.

I think it’s time for true Conservatives and American Patriots, to stop arguing with the catastrophic flood waters of all that is Liberalism; and focus their attention on repairing the breeches that allow them to flow in the first place.

America’s Democrat problem:

Beginning with FDR and the 73rd United States Congress (March 4th, 1933) Democrats controlled both houses of Congress for 7 straight 2 years terms, up to the 79th Congress, in (January 3rd, 1947) and again for the 81st and 82nd Congress (January 3, 1949 – January 3, 1953) and again from the 84th Congress (January 3, 1955) through the 96th Congress, until January 3rd, 1981 and have controlled both houses simultaneously for another 6-2 year terms since, and have controlled at least one of the two houses, another 6 terms.

In 43 Sessions of the United States Congress, dating from March 4th, 1933 through today

Total Majority

Both Houses – Democrat 28 terms
Both Houses – Republican 9 terms

Simple majorities

Senate Majority – Democrat 3 terms
Senate Majority – Republican 3 terms

House Majority – Democrat 3 terms
House Majority – Republican 1 term

With some minor +/-% modifications in a few sessions of Congress, the Democrats took control of both houses of Congress and the Oval Office on March 4th, 1933, with the election of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who was President until his death in office, on April 12, 1945.

Democrats maintained control over both houses for the entire 12 years FDR was in office, and for another 2 years into the succeeding Truman presidency.

Though Republicans did resume control of both houses from January 3, 1947 – January 3, 1949, the Democrats again regained both houses from January 3, 1949 until January 3, 1953, with Republicans taking both houses again for the next 2 years, January 3, 1953 – January 3, 1955, only to lose both houses again to the Democrats, on January 3, 1955, who then retained control over both houses for the next 26 years straight, until January 3, 1981, when Republicans took a simple majority in the Senate.

So from March 4th, 1933 to January 3, 1981; with the exception of 2 separated 2 year sessions, Democrats controlled both houses of Congress for 44 of 48 years.

Since January 3, 1981, Democrats have controlled both houses in 4 continuous sessions from January 3, 1987 – January 3, 1995, again for 2 continuous sessions from January 3rd, 2007 – January 3rd, 2011, with Republicans controlling both houses for 3 continuous sessions from January 3, 1995 – January 3, 2001, then again for another 2 continuous sessions from January 3, 2003 – January 3, 2007, then regaining both houses again since January 3, 2015 to this writing, with all other years/sessions being split on differing majorities between both parties and both congressional houses.

In the total time frame from FDR to today, Democrats have controlled both houses of Congress for 56 of the last 85 years.
